Welcome to your second Chemistry course.  This new semester we will be working on different topics such as:

• Chemical Equations:  using and balancing chemical equations
• Calculations using chemical equations:  amount of material required; use of moles
• Solutions: what is a solution, types of solutions, calculations with solutions
• Acids, bases and salts
• Introduction to Organic Chemistry.
